The big picture of The Well Church is to make much of Jesus in our city and beyond.
We desire to see people drink deeply of Jesus through worship gatherings, missional communities, disciple making and church planting. Jesus gave the church a mission before He ascended: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:19-20).
This was the vision Christ had for His church then, and it stands as the purpose of The Well Church today.
The Mission of the Well Church is to make disciples who are satisfied in Jesus.
Well Groups: Well Groups are a purposeful connection of believers with the goal of pursuing holiness, fellowship, and the study and application of God's Word.
Weekly Worship Gatherings: Jesus came to restore a people who worship “in Spirit and in truth” (John 4). The Well Church will gather weekly to worship God and live in this identity.
Cultural Engagement: We are a church that is for the city. We want to engage the culture around us with the gospel of Jesus, seeking to make a gospel impact in our city and beyond.
Church Planting: If we want to take making disciples seriously, we believe we must take planting churches seriously. Planting churches is God’s primary method of making disciples.
